Designed with you in mind, our site was created in order to provide a shopping experience that is enjoyable, safe, quick, and easy to use. All intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, images and copyright, displayed on our website for us or our brands are owned by or licensed to Level 7 Beauty Hall and are protected by UK and international intellectual property law. Copying or storing information in part or whole for your non-commercial or personal use with the intention of placing an order with Level 7 Beauty Hall is permissible. Reproducing, copying, modifying, distributing, selling, or re-selling any intellectual property from this website without our, or our suppliers’, consent is strictly prohibited.
Level 7 Beauty Hall only advertises or sells products to retail customers for their own personal or family use. We do not sell our products to other businesses or retail these products on any other selling platform by auction, telephone, post, mail order or any other third party website. Level 7 Beauty Hall is not the manufacturer of the products advertised and sold and as such will not be liable in any circumstance in any way. We make every effort to ensure that product information, including images, colours, descriptions, ingredients and pricing displayed to the customer are accurate at the time of publishing. The images on our website are for illustrative purposes only and we cannot guarantee how the images display on your computer or mobile device truly reflect the colour of the products. All written information is to be used as a guide only.
To ensure product accuracy, we reserve the right to change information, errors and omissions without prior notification. All offers and products are subject to stock availability and we have the right to restrict or refuse any order at any time.
Any errors, including typographical or omission, in pricing, invoices or any document or information provided by us will be subject to correction without liability on the part of Level 7 Beauty Hall.
All products are subject to availability. In the event that your product(s) face a delay or the goods that you have ordered are out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please ensure you provide full and accurate details to enable effective communication.
We take great care in ensuring that product pricing is accurate at the time of publishing and on date of despatch of your order. In the event there is an error in pricing, we reserve the right to change the error or omission without prior notification. Unless otherwise stated, product prices are inclusive of VAT. All prices displayed are in British Pound Sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of delivery charges.
We accept various payment methods of which are made available to you at the time of purchase. Our payment system requires debit/credit cardholders to undergo validation checks and authorisation from the respective card issuer. Your card will be charged at the time of placing your order. Please note that this transaction may only appear on your bank statement a few days after the transaction has occurred.
We accept no liability for the delay or non-delivery of products due to your transaction being unauthorised by your card issuer or failed payment due to incorrect card details supplied by you. Product orders will not be processed and despatched until full payment from your account has been obtained.

On receipt of your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided on purchase. Once your order is submitted and confirmed, you have entered into a binding contract with us.
Although it is unlikely that deliveries will take up to 14 working days to reach you, please consider this allowance as our delivery service provider considers a delay or parcel lost only after this delivery time allowance has passed. Once delivery has been made, risk passes on to you the customer who is now in possession of the products.
Whilst every effort is made to keep to the delivery dates stated, Level 7 Beauty Hall does not accept any liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.
Delivery is made to the address provided by you. If we consider the address provided to be unsecure or of risk, for example a PO Box, we reserve the right not to deliver your order.

UK FREE (Orders of £50 or more) Usually 3 - 5* working days to any UK address including Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
UK Standard: £4.95. (Orders less than £50) Usually 3 - 5* working days to any UK address including Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
International All shipping charges and delivery times to your destination country are calculated at the time of checkout
*Please note that delivery to rural addresses may take slightly longer, stretching delivery time to an additional day or two.
You must inspect all goods delivered to you immediately on receipt. Should you receive an item that is defective or damaged, an item arrives in error or you notice a shortage or other shortcoming in the goods, you MUST notify us by email or phone immediately or within 3 days of delivery, to make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered free of charge. If the notification time period of 3 days is not adhered to, we have the right to assume that delivery has been made in accordance to your order.
You can cancel your order online at any point up to the completion of the secure payment section at the checkout. Since orders are processed and despatched promptly, we are unable to cancel orders after you have received your order confirmation email.
If your order has already been sent out, you may still cancel your order within 7 days under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must send your notice of cancellation in writing via email and return the goods in their original, unopened and unused condition. Cancelling does not apply to non-returnable items for hygiene purposes or items that are listed as special offers. Please contact our Customer Contact Team or refer to our Exchanges and Returns Policy and paragraph 12 below.
Items can only be exchanged or returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition within 14 days. Please ensure that any cellophane, tamper-resistant seals and original packaging are intact before requesting an exchange or refund. Without exception we will not accept exchanges or returns on opened or used items for hygiene purposes. Proof of purchase/Invoice Number must accompany the exchange or refund request and an explanatory note detailing the reason for return. Under the 'Sales of Goods Act' we are not obliged to accept returns simply if you have changed your mind or no longer want the goods.
Subject to stock availability, if you wish to exchange an item for something else, any difference in cost of the item(s) and the delivery of your new products will be of cost to you. If the exchange is for a product(s) of a lesser amount, the balance will be credited to your account within 14 working days after the exchange, excluding any delivery charges.
All items returned to us will be inspected on receipt and prior to issuing your exchange or refund. Exchanges and refunds are at our discretion and will only be accepted by following the conditions stated above. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Level 7 Beauty Hall will not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of delivery method used.
We are not liable or responsible for any event that may restrict or cause a delay in providing a product or service to you. Events outside our control may include, without limitation, industrial action, riots, terrorist or threat of terrorist attacks, natural disasters or ‘force majeure’ (e.g. flooding, storm, fire, epidemic), or failure of public or private services. If the event outwith our control affects our products and services to you, we will make reasonable contact with you as soon as possible to notify you of the event and make arrangements effective on the passing of the event.
We exercise the right to vary or revise the stated Terms & Conditions from time to time. The Terms stated on every occasion you place an order with us are applicable at that time and will be made reference to if a query is raised. We recommend you keep up to date with any changes in our Terms & Conditions as the new or revised terms are effective immediately on publishing.
Any legal dispute arising from these terms will be governed by English Law.
