Delivery Information
Level 7 Beauty Hall offers UK, EU and Worldwide shipping. Our UK services cover the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man. Please note we do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Some of our products are despatched directly by our suppliers. In this case some orders will need to be sent in more than one package, in particular, products selected in a single order from differing brands. These packages may arrive at different times. In this instance, please allow the maximum delivery time of up to 14 working days to receive your order in full. Please note that only one delivery charge is applicable for your whole order. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience the above stated may cause. If the products ordered cannot be delivered within 30 days of your order, we will notify you of this delay. We will provide you with an option to either cancel your order or agree a further delivery time with us. Level 7 Beauty Hall offers the following delivery options: UK FREE (Orders of £50 or more) Usually 3 - 5* working days to any UK address including Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Allow up to 14 working days for delivery. UK Standard: £4.95. (Orders less than £50) Usually 3 - 5* working days to any UK address including Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Allow up to 14 working days for delivery. *Please note that delivery to rural addresses may take slightly longer, stretching delivery time to an additional day or two. Processing Time We process all orders within 1-3 working days. Despatch of these orders occurs between Monday to Friday only. Orders received on a non-working day, i.e. Saturday and Sunday or on a UK Bank Holiday, will be despatched the next working day e.g. the Monday following the weekend or the Tuesday following the bank holiday. Signature Upon Delivery For security reasons, deliveries may require a signature upon receipt of order. If you will not be available at your home address to receive your delivery, please provide us with an alternative delivery address, at the time of ordering, where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. Please note you cannot amend delivery details once the order has been submitted. If you are unable to sign for your parcel and cannot provide an alternative delivery address, a delivery will be made to the address associated with your order. In usual cases, an attempted delivery card will be left at your address with written information on where and when you should collect your parcel. If you do not collect your parcel within the specified timeframe, the parcel will be returned to us. In this instance you will need to rearrange delivery for your products with us and pay for the costs incurred for redelivery. Delays/Out of Stock In the event that your product(s) face a delay or the goods that you have ordered are out of stock, we will contact you as soon as alerted by our ordering system. Please ensure you provide full and accurate details to enable effective communication. Delayed Delivery/Lost Orders We endeavour to ensure you receive your order within our indicative delivery timescale of 3-5 working days. Although it is unlikely that deliveries will take up to 14 working days to reach you, please consider this allowance as our delivery service provider considers a delay or parcel lost only after this delivery time allowance has passed. If you think your order is delayed or lost, please note we are unable to despatch a replacement until after the 14 working day time period has elapsed. Level 7 Beauty Hall does not accept any liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery. Incorrect Address and Details Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted on your order form. We cannot accept responsibility for any information, including if the delivery address is incorrect on your order. Level 7 Beauty Hall will not be held responsible for the loss of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout contains any errors i.e.; is incorrect or incomplete. In these circumstances your order may be returned to us or charges applied by the courier for your delivery, the cost of which will be applied to your order. Please note that this charge will still apply even if you benefit from our free delivery offer. On the return of your parcel to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to the corrected address.
