Applying your skincare the right way:

1. Start with a coin-sized dollop of cream in your palm and evenly distribute it on targeted parts of your body, starting from the bottom up.
2. Repeat as you work each section, hitting legs, torso and arms.
3. Do not forget to rub lotion into your feet and hands, and pay special attention to particularly cracked, dry areas like your knees and elbows. Finally, do not saturate your body in lotion, but start with small dollops and increase the amount as needed.
